Refund Policy
This page explains when you can get your money back, how to cancel, and what happens to your access. It applies to paid DeltaStrike memberships. If you earned free access through exchange trading volume, see free access below. Last updated 26 October 2026.
14-day money-back guarantee
If DeltaStrike is not what you expected, you can get a full refund of your first membership payment within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to justify the request, and we do not ask you to prove you used the product.
This applies to your first billing period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you were charged.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this guarantee is at least as favourable as your statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, and nothing here limits that right.
How to request a refund
Payments for DeltaStrike memberships are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle issues the refund, so the fastest route is through Paddle directly:
- Open the receipt email you received for the payment and use the invoice or support link in it. That link identifies your transaction automatically.
- Or open Billing on your account page, which takes you to the same Paddle customer portal for your subscription.
Once approved, the refund is sent back to your original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer — typically a few business days, and up to ten for some issuers.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time, from Billing on your account page. No email is required and nobody has to approve it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut off what you already paid for. Your premium access continues until the end of the billing period you have already been charged for, and then simply stops. You are not charged again.
Cancelling is therefore not the same as a refund. If you are inside the 14-day window and want your money back rather than the remaining days, request a refund as described above.
Renewals after the first period
A DeltaStrike membership is $97 USD per month and renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.
The 14-day money-back guarantee covers your first payment. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you had the whole preceding period to cancel before being charged.
That said, if a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, or you were charged after you stopped using the product entirely — contact us. We would rather resolve it than have you dispute it with your bank. We handle these case by case and we are not difficult about it.
What is not refundable
To be straightforward about the limits:
- Requests after 14 days on a first payment, and renewal payments, outside the discretionary case above.
- Trading losses. DeltaStrike is an analysis tool. It does not execute trades, hold your funds, or give financial advice, and a losing trade is not a product defect. See our Terms of Service.
- Accounts terminated for abuse — credential sharing, resale or redistribution of the data feed, or automated scraping beyond normal product use.
- Short interruptions. Brief outages or maintenance are not refundable on their own. A prolonged failure to deliver the product is a different matter — tell us and we will make it right.
Free access via trading volume
DeltaStrike also grants premium access free to traders who reach a 30-day trading volume threshold on a linked partner exchange. That route involves no payment to DeltaStrike, so there is nothing to refund.
If your volume falls below the threshold, free access simply ends; it is not a charge and not a cancellation. You can link an exchange account, or check how close you are, from your account page.
Paid membership and volume-based free access can coexist. If you are paying while also qualifying on volume and would rather not pay, cancel the paid membership — your free access is unaffected.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a payment, please come to us or to Paddle before filing a chargeback with your bank. A refund request is faster for you than a dispute, which can take weeks.
We will not punish you for disputing a charge. But a chargeback ends the membership it relates to, and we may decline to re-sell a membership to an account with an unresolved dispute.
Contact
For anything about a payment, a refund or a renewal, the quickest route is the invoice or support link in your Paddle receipt email, since Paddle is the merchant of record and can act on the transaction directly.
For everything else — including a refund decision you think is wrong — reach us through the contact channel listed on the Help page, or by replying to any message we have sent you. We answer refund questions before anything else in the queue.
