Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: DeltaStrike.vip requires login. When you sign in (via Supabase or Google), we receive your user ID, email, and profile information to identify your account and verify premium membership.
• Real-time market data: Your browser receives order book and candlestick data over WebSocket connections. We do not log this data per user.
• Custom lines and settings: In Orderbook Chart, lines and preferences are stored in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to our servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for session management and authentication. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Anonymous usage analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — such as which buttons are clicked on the landing page — to understand how visitors interact with the site and improve our service. These analytics do not use cookies, do not identify individual users, and no personal information is collected or shared with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics).

Server logs

Our web server (Caddy) automatically records standard access logs including page URLs, HTTP status codes, and timestamps. These logs are used to monitor service health and count page views in aggregate. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically. IP addresses may appear in server logs but are not used for tracking or shared externally.

Google Sign-In and Google API Services

If we offer "Sign in with Google", we use Google's OAuth and API services. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy. We only request the minimum scope needed (e.g. email, profile) to identify you and provide the service. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (limited use).

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only: (1) with service providers that help run the platform (e.g. hosting, auth) under strict confidentiality; (2) if required by law or to protect rights and safety; (3) in connection with a merger or sale of assets, with notice where possible.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure; we will notify you of a breach where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If sign-in is provided by a third party (e.g. Google), you can also manage your data in that provider's settings. EU/EEA and UK users have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
