Service description

DeltaStrike.vip is a premium Binance order book analysis platform. It provides two main tools:

• Orderbook Alerts — Real-time whale wall detection for BTCUSDT futures, with Telegram integration.
• Orderbook Chart — Multi-symbol, multi-market order book scanner with candlestick chart for BTC, ETH, SOL, and XMR on Spot and Futures.

Data is sourced from public Binance APIs. We do not execute trades or hold custody of any assets. The platform is for informational and analysis purposes only.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not: (1) overload or attempt to disrupt our systems or Binance's APIs; (2) scrape, resell, or redistribute data in bulk without permission; (3) use the platform to violate any law or third-party rights; (4) circumvent access controls or premium membership requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

No financial advice; no warranty

Not financial advice. DeltaStrike.vip and any content (including alerts and charts) are for information only and do not constitute investment, trading, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

"As is". The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of data. Delays, errors, or omissions may occur. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the platform was free).

Third-party services

The platform may use or link to third-party services (e.g. Binance, Supabase, Google Sign-In, Telegram, payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party conduct or content.

Account and subscription

DeltaStrike.vip requires a premium membership. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Fees and refunds will be described at signup or on the pricing page. We may change pricing with notice where required.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where we have your contact details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
